Priority Development Strategic Consulting (PDS) is research and capacity-building organization half led by young emerging female leaders of the Afghan Society. The initiative is aimed at building Afghan ownership through policy-informing research and development. PDS is established with the sole objective to ‘Contribute for Development Results’. Founded in 2010, the firm has since expanded to develop partnerships with regional organizations like ‘Services and Solutions International (SSI) Bangladesh and global partners like Coffey International Consulting. The PDS’s distinguished founder team has 22 years of governance and development sector experience both in public and private sectors including civil society organizations. This experience extensively involved local governance services planning, implementation, capacity building, HRM&D, monitoring & evaluation. The PDS has excelled in performance assessment and evaluation research in the governance, education, and development sector.
