What is our believe about quality?

What are our quality control measures?
- Open and clear communication among the team members;
- Qualitative assurance checks by the Team Leader;
- Division of responsibilities and tasks for each team member;
- Frequent and continuous meetings to update the projects progress;
- Data security plan would be strictly followed to avoid data loss and to maintain confidentiality;
- Training of enumerators as a separate task;
- Monitoring of field activities and assigning supervisor on each team;
- Continuous and close interaction with the Client team; and
- Dedicated team coordinator to play watchdog role that tasks are performed within the time agreed and as per the firm’s quality standards.
