The Priority Development Strategic (PDS) as consultant conducted Quality Assurance and Quality Control Training workshops for AKAH planning and Building Department Staff.

Brief description of the project, key deliverables and outcome Priority Development Strategic (PDS) was tasked by the AKAH to conduct training workshops for its planning and building department staff from 3 provinces (Bamyan, Baghlan and Badakhshan) in Kabul.

The main objective of this training program is to train field engineers who are involved in various construction project through standard construction quality control and quality assurance.

  • Planning & Building Team shall receive training on QA & QC                           .
  • By the training field engineers briefing them, they can create a network of better-informed reporters and better-informed target QAs.

 

  • Design and prepare customized workshop training materials, learning aids, training manuals and handouts.

 

  • Develop a suitable system to monitor attendance and participation according to approved schedules and coordinate with the AKAH Program

 

  • Develop varied methods of assessing learners’ progress, such as, assignments, exams, group presentations, etc. Also, at the end of the training the best reporter will be offered prize and facilitation of certificate.

 

  • Workshop Training will provide on the basis of Maximum Practice Minimum Theory (MPMT)

 

  • By the way providing simultaneously offering prizes for best polio reporting we would stimulate local reporters/journalists more through in their coverage of polio related news.
